1. Data Controller
Oshere (213-3, Deoksori, Wabu-eup, Namyangju-si, Gyeonggi-do, Korea) is the controller for personal data collected through this website and client engagements. Contact: [email protected], +82-5-372-9674.
2. Categories of Data
We may process contact details (name, email, phone, company), message content from forms, usage data (pages visited, device type), cookie identifiers, and—under contract—business contact data related to analytics projects. We do not intentionally collect sensitive categories unless required by law and agreed in writing.
3. Purposes of Processing
Data is used to respond to inquiries, deliver contracted analytics services, maintain site security, improve content relevance, and meet legal obligations. Marketing emails are sent only with consent or existing client relationship where permitted.
4. Legal Bases
Processing rests on contract performance, legitimate interests (site operation, service improvement), consent (non-essential cookies, newsletters), and legal obligations. You may withdraw consent without affecting lawfulness of prior processing.
5. Retention
Inquiry records are kept up to twenty-four months unless a client relationship continues. Contract records follow statutory commercial and tax retention periods in Korea. Analytics project files are deleted or returned per your agreement after the retention window.
6. Sharing with Third Parties
We use infrastructure providers (hosting, email) under data processing terms. We do not sell personal data. Sharing with retailers or distributors occurs only when you direct us as part of a service and document authorization.
7. International Transfers
Primary storage is in Korea. If tools require processing outside Korea, we apply appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or vendor certifications and document the transfer in your project file.
8. Security Measures
We apply access controls, encrypted transport (TLS), role-based permissions on dashboards, and staff training. No method is perfectly secure; report suspected incidents to our contact email promptly.
9. Your Rights
Under the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) and related Korean rules, you may request access, correction, deletion, suspension of processing, or withdrawal of consent. We will verify identity before responding within statutory timelines.
10. Children and Policy Changes
Services are directed to business users; we do not knowingly collect data from children under fourteen. We may update this notice with a revised date; material changes will be highlighted on the site.
