Refund & Cancellation

1. Scope
This policy applies to paid analytics services purchased directly from Oshere. Informational prices on the website are not checkout offers; refunds follow your signed statement of work or invoice terms.
2. Cooling-Off Period
For distance contracts with consumers where Korean law grants a fourteen-day withdrawal right, you may cancel within fourteen days of signing unless service delivery began with your express request. Business-to-business contracts may exclude cooling-off as stated in your agreement.
3. Eligibility for Refunds
If Oshere fails to deliver materially agreed milestones and does not remedy within a reasonable cure period, you may request a proportional refund of prepaid fees for undelivered work. Completed deliverables and consumed onboarding hours are non-refundable.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Third-party data purchases, travel already incurred for on-site workshops, and custom development licensed to you after delivery are non-refundable. Rush fees and completed monthly brief cycles are also excluded.
5. Cancellation by Client
You may cancel future phases with thirty days written notice unless your contract specifies otherwise. Work in progress through the notice period remains billable. Deposits may be applied to final invoices per contract.
6. Process and Timing
Email refund requests to our contact address with invoice number and reason. Approved refunds are processed within fourteen business days to the original payment method where possible.
7. Consumer Rights in Korea
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights under the Framework Act on Consumers, the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, and other applicable Korean consumer regulations. For disputes, you may contact the Korea Consumer Agency or relevant local consumer center.
